I work as a full time Louisiana state employee I receive a Master of Public Administration(MPA) from E.J. Ourso College of Business Administration -- Louisiana State University in May 2004. I receive my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, December 1997. I have been living in Louisiana since 1977 when my family moved here from Charlotte, North Carolina where we lived for three years after we moved from Huntsville, Alabama, however I was born in Florida near the end of an extended business stay. I spend my free time I on photography, surfing the web, listening to my small? but eclectic music collection, going out with my friends, or working on one of my web sites.
